VISIA Skin & Complexion Analysis System is the Gold-Standard in Facial analysis and is redefining skin care. Its software allows faster image capture with automatic skin type detection & classification, refined facial features and much more.

VISIA’s multi-point positioning system and live image overlay makes it easy to capture perfectly registered images to document progress over time. Rotating capture module easily captures left, right and frontal facial views.

It reveals damage and signs of aging on and beneath the surface of the skin that is not visible to naked human eye.

VISIA allows us to show our patients, the effects of various skin conditions, any improvements from treatments and also provides a detailed report of their skin status to allow us to advise them on the best skin rejuvenation treatments.

VISIA is able to identify & analyze 8 skin criteria and eyelashes:

– Sun damage just below the skin surface
– Wrinkles

How does it work?
– You relax, sit and place your face in the scanner, like at the opticians.
– The scanner’s IntelliFlash, cross polarized and UV lighting are used to record and measure surface and subsurface skin conditions. VISIA rotates to analyze patients face from left, right and front.
– It takes only a few seconds to analyze the data.
– The report is ready almost immediately for the clinician, who can then formulate a personalized treatment plan.

What do you need to wear for VISIA Facial Scanner?
– Wear normal clothing. A neck apron will be provided.

Can you wear makeup for the VISIA Facial analysis?
– It is always better to NOT have makeup on, as the VISIA Skin Analyzer may not reveal your true skin condition, however, there is an option to have the scan with makeup ON as well.

Is VISIA Facial scan safe?
– The scanner takes
– Is completely non-invasive and safe to use in pregnancy or if you have a pace-maker.

How frequently do you need to re-scan?
– Recommended interval is 6-8 weeks, depending on the treatment you are opting for at the clinic.
– In case you don’t opt for any treatment at the clinic, you can still have VISIA Facial scan done, as stand alone.

Do you need to have some treatment, at the clinic, to have the VISIA Facial Scan?
– No. You can have the scan as stand alone.
